Refund and Cancellation Policy
TVN MEDYA VE YAPIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ
1. General Principles
This policy pertains to the digital "token" and online model usage services offered by TVN Medya ve Yapım Anonim Şirketi / www.luvicreator.com. The User shall be deemed to have accepted these terms from the moment they request the allocation of digital content to their account by making a payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal Exception
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection: "In contracts relating to services that are performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods that are delivered to the consumer instantly," the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Token Usage
The service shall be deemed "instantly performed" the moment the purchased tokens are allocated to the user's account and access to the use of models through the system is enabled.
Partial Use
Even partial use of the tokens shall render a refund request entirely invalid.
3. Refund Conditions
Within the scope of customer satisfaction, our Company may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical Errors
Failure to allocate the purchased tokens to the user's account within 24 hours due to a technical error.
Service Defect
Failure of the models offered to perform the core functions as committed due to a technical malfunction, provided that such failure is persistent.
4. Refund Process and Reimbursement
For approved refund requests, the refund shall be made through the same payment method originally used (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). TVN Medya ve Yapım Anonim Şirketi shall not be held liable for delays arising from bank processing times.
5. Subscription Cancellation
If token sales are part of a subscription package, the user may cancel before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for tokens already used; it merely stops the upcoming period.
