Credit/Debit Card Information
To facilitate your payment transactions, your credit/debit card information (identity and financial data) is processed through our secure payment infrastructure Paddle, with your explicit consent. Your credit card details are sent directly to Paddle and are not stored on our servers.
The processing of your credit/debit card information for the purpose of providing a secure and easy payment experience during purchases is based on your explicit consent.
Data Transfers
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our service providers, business partners, and performance assistants within the scope of our legitimate interests and contractual obligations; to legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the scope of legal obligations; and to our overseas service providers, in compliance with Article 5, 8, and 9 of the Law.

Your personal data is collected through the www.luvicreator.com website, digital assistant (LuviBot), cookies, email, and electronic communication channels.
Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about the processing of your personal data
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of this correction to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request notification of this to third parties
- To object to any result that arises against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data via automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data

You may submit your applications regarding the above-listed rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available at www.luvicreator.com or by sending an email to info@luvicreator.com.
Your applications will be concluded free of charge within the shortest time possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
