Cookie Policy

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how LUVI Creator (operated by TVN Global Limited, company number 15019980, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom) uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on www.luvicreator.com and in the LUVI application, and how you control them. It applies under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR, and should be read with our Privacy Notice.
A cookie is a small file a website places in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser stores that hold slightly larger values; session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
2. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all categories, reject all optional categories, or choose category by category. Strictly necessary technologies cannot be switched off because the Services do not work without them; every other category stays off until you turn it on.
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie icon in the header or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Changing a choice takes effect immediately: turning a category off removes the entries we control in that category.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in.
3. Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function, to keep you signed in and to deliver your media securely. Legal basis: strictly necessary for a service you requested (PECR reg. 6(4)).

4. Functional preferences (optional)
Stored in local storage on your device only after you allow this category. Turning it off removes them and the interface returns to defaults.

During an active LuviBot conversation the following are held in session storage and cleared when the tab closes or you reset the chat: luvi-bot-messages, luvi-bot-session-id, luvi-bot-session-mode, luvi-bot-pending.
5. Analytics (optional)
Off by default. If you turn analytics on, we use PostHog (hosted in the European Union, Frankfurt) to measure which pages and features are used so we can improve the product. Events are sent through our own domain and identified by a random identifier. Session recording is disabled.

6. Marketing
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The category exists in the preference centre so that if we ever introduce one you would have to switch it on first; today it does nothing.
7. Third parties
Some providers set their own cookies when you use their features. We do not control those cookies; the provider's policy applies.

8. Changes
We update this page when the technologies we use change and revise the date at the top. If a change would require your consent, we will ask for it through the banner again.
