How do I disconnect Claude or ChatGPT from LUVI?
Open Account → Integrations, find the connection and press Revoke; the assistant's token stops working at once, and you can also remove the connector on the assistant's side so it stops asking to reconnect.
On the LUVI side
- Go to Account → Integrations.
- Every active connection is listed — the claude.ai connector, the ChatGPT connector and any access tokens you created — with its name, creation date, last use and credits spent.
- Press Revoke on the one you want to remove.
From that moment every token belonging to the connection is refused. The row is kept in the list as revoked for your records; nothing else changes. Your library, projects and charges made through the connection stay exactly as they are.
On the assistant's side
Revoking on LUVI is enough to stop access. To also stop the assistant from offering the connector:
- Claude (claude.ai): Settings → Connectors → remove LUVI.
- ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors (Apps) → remove LUVI.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp remove luvi.
Reconnecting
Add the connector again as described in How do I connect LUVI to Claude? or …to ChatGPT?. A new connection row appears with its own cap and counters; the old one stays revoked.
Limiting instead of removing
Each connection has two dials on the same tab: a credit cap and a confirm-spend threshold. Lowering the cap to what has already been spent freezes generation while leaving reading intact — useful when you want to review before allowing more.

Does revoking delete anything?
No. Generations the assistant made stay in your library and in the ledger; only the access is removed.
Can I pause instead of revoking?
Set the connection's credit cap to its current spend; it can read but no longer generate. Raise the cap to resume.
What if I delete my account?
All connections are revoked immediately as part of the deletion request.
