What do the progress bar and queue position mean?
Queue: n means the provider has n jobs ahead of yours; Generating means the model is rendering, with the bar easing towards 95 % on the model's typical time; Finalizing means the result is being stored — and a job that produces nothing within 45 minutes is marked failed and never charged.
The four stages

The model's name sits at the bottom of the card; the ✕ appears on hover.
How LUVI knows
The card polls the generation every 2.5 seconds and also receives live updates from the database, so refreshing the page or opening it on another device shows the same state. A floating Queue panel lists every in-flight generation with its position.
When something is stuck
- A generation that has produced nothing after 45 minutes is marked failed by a background check, with the reason on the card. Failed generations are not charged.
- A result that arrived but could not be stored is retried for up to 30 minutes before it is marked failed.
- If a card sits at Queued for long, the provider is busy; the position updates as the queue drains.
Cancelling
Press the ✕. For most providers the job is cancelled. Models hosted on Atlas Cloud commit credits at submission and cannot be cancelled mid-render; the card tells you so before you confirm.
Long renders
Video models at high resolution, lip-sync on long audio and 3D meshes routinely take several minutes. The bar's pace is tuned per model, so a slow bar is not a stuck one.
Frequently asked
Why does the bar stop at 95 %?
Because LUVI cannot see inside the provider's render. The bar estimates from the model's usual duration and holds at 95 % until the file actually arrives.
Can I cancel?
Hover the card and press the ✕. On Atlas-hosted models the provider commits the job at submission, so cancelling hides the card but the render completes and is charged.
Can I close the tab?
Yes. The job runs on the server; the result is in your project when you come back, and the balance is charged then.
