Managing workflow runs
The Preflight Check, running part of a graph, groups, cancelling, saving workflows and the panels on the right of the canvas.
What this video covers
In this last part, we'll cover managing your runs: the Preflight Check, running part of a graph, groups, cancelling and the panels on the right.
Click a row in the Preflight Check, and the canvas jumps to that node and selects it. Run stays disabled while there are errors, but warnings don't block it.
To run just part of the graph, select its nodes, right-click and choose Run selection.
Be careful: every node upstream of the selection runs again and is billed again; earlier results aren't reused.
A part you run often can become a group with Group in the right-click menu; the canvas shows it as a coloured area.
The Groups panel shows each group's price, and its play button runs that group on its own.
While a run is going, Run turns into Cancel. Cancel stops the line, but jobs already sent to the provider still finish and are charged.
The Runs panel lists every run with its estimated price and the credits actually charged.
In the Workflows panel, you name the canvas and save it; saves belong to your account and open in any project. Opening one replaces the current canvas without asking.
Projects sets which project this flow's results are saved to, and History keeps the last twenty steps for undo.
Arm for MCP lets a connected AI assistant run this flow within a credit ceiling and a time limit you set.
The question-mark button lists every shortcut: V is select, H the hand and C the scissors, and W, A, S and D fly you around the canvas.
That wraps up the Workflow parts: you can now build chains, generate in batches, shape text with operators and manage your runs.
