Sending files and messaging

In LUVI, you can send files to your teammates and message them.

Right-click a file in your library and choose Send.

Under Share with team, pick a teammate: the file isn't copied — they're given access to it, and a message with the file drops into your chat.

Files you receive wait in your library under Shared, in a folder named after the sender.

Add to Team Pool, on the other hand, puts a copy of the file in the team's shared pool, and that copy takes up space in the team owner's storage.

Assign to Project moves the file into one of your projects.

For messages, press the chat button in the bottom-right corner; your unread count shows on the button.

Every team gets its own team chat automatically, and the pen icon starts a private message with a teammate.

You can only message your teammates, and the buttons at the top filter your chats by team.

The paperclip adds a file from your library, and everyone in the chat can see it.

The top of the chat shows whether the other person is online, and when they're typing.

In short: share a file or add it to the pool with Send, and keep the conversation going in the chat at the bottom right.
