Setting up a team
Set up a team in LUVI, invite members, and see what the leader and members can do, including transferring credits.
What this video covers
In LUVI, you work with other people by setting up a team, and teams live under the Team tab on your Account page.
Press Create a team, give it a name, and type the email addresses of the people you want to invite, pressing Enter after each one.
Setting up a team is free, and there's no limit on the number of members.
Once the team is set up, Invite a member adds more people; the invitation link stays valid for seven days.
Your invitations wait under Pending invitations until they're accepted, and you can cancel them whenever you like.
The person you invite joins through the link in the email, or through the invitation waiting on their Account page — all they do is press Accept.
A team has two roles: whoever set it up is the leader, and everyone who joins by invitation is a member.
The leader sees the member list with each person's balance and number of generations, and Transfer credits lets them give a member credits or take them back.
View generations shows a member's work, Team Color gives the team its colour, and Team Folders keep the shared pool in order.
Credits belong to each person; a team has no shared credit pool.
Members see who leads the team and the credits they've received in their own Team tab, and they can leave at any time with Leave team.
The leader can remove a member, or close the team for good with Dissolve team; everyone keeps their own credits and generations.
You can lead more than one team or belong to several, and the Teams row switches between them.
