How do I change my cookie and analytics preferences?
Press the cookie button at the bottom of the app sidebar (or on the landing-page menu and the Cookie Policy page) to reopen the preferences dialog; analytics is off until you switch it on, and switching it off again stops tracking immediately.
Where the dialog is
Your choice is asked once on the first visit. To change it later:
- In the app: the cookie button at the bottom of the left sidebar, next to language and brightness.
- On the landing page: the same button in the menu.
- On the Cookie Policy page (/cookies): a Manage preferences control in the header.
The dialog offers Accept all, Reject all and Customize, where you set the categories one by one and Save preferences.

What changes when you switch analytics off
Tracking stops at once and the analytics cookies are removed. LUVI's analytics never captured keystrokes or session recordings in the first place, and events only ever left your browser while the category was on.
Where the choice is stored
On the browser you made it in, for 180 days. Another browser or device asks again. Clearing site data also clears the choice.

What does LUVI use for analytics?
PostHog, hosted in the EU. It records nothing until you accept the analytics category, and it never records session replays or what you type.
What are functional cookies?
Remembered conveniences on this browser: your last model, aspect ratio, notification and brightness settings. Turning them off clears those.
How long is my choice remembered?
180 days on that browser. After that the dialog appears again.
