Where is my data stored and who is responsible for it?

Your account, projects and generation records live in Frankfurt (Germany); files are stored on AWS in the United States and delivered through CloudFront; the data controller is TVN Global Limited, a UK company registered with the ICO under ZC248767.

Generation requests go to the AI model's provider for the time it takes to produce the result; the Privacy Notice names the providers.

Backups and deletion

Files are replicated to a locked backup that even LUVI staff cannot delete early; it exists so that a mistake or an incident cannot wipe your library. When you delete a file it leaves your library immediately; when you delete your account, everything is purged 14 days later (see How do I delete my account?). A copy of the credit ledger is kept for tax retention.

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection are described in the Privacy Notice at /privacy-policy, together with the retention periods for each kind of data.

Frequently asked

Are my prompts and images used to train models?

Not by LUVI. Prompts and reference files are sent to the model provider you chose only to produce your result, as the Privacy Notice sets out.

How do I make a privacy request?

Write to privacy@luvicreator.com. Deletion is self-service from Account → Profile; other requests are answered by email.

Can I complain to a regulator?

Yes — to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). The Privacy Notice lists the contact details.
