• How do I change my cookie and analytics preferences?Press the cookie button at the bottom of the app sidebar (or on the landing-page menu and the Cookie Policy page) to reopen the preferences dialog; analytics is off until you switch it on, and switching it off again stops tracking immediately.
• How do I change my display name or avatar?Edit the name on Account → Profile and press Save; the avatar is the picture of the Google account you signed in with, so change it there — accounts created with email and password show initials instead.
• How do I delete my account, and can I undo it?Account → Profile → Danger zone deactivates your account immediately and schedules permanent deletion 14 days later; LUVI emails you a restore link, and opening it within those 14 days cancels the deletion with everything intact.
• How do I delete or restore a folder or project?Deleting a folder or a project moves it to the trash for 24 hours — the files inside stay exactly where they were and can be found from the project root — and Restore brings it back; after 24 hours the deletion becomes permanent.
• How do I link Google or remove a sign-in method?On Account → Profile → Connected accounts you can link Google to an account made with a password, or disconnect either Google or the email method — LUVI keeps at least one method active so you can always sign in.
• Where is my data stored and who is responsible for it?Your account, projects and generation records live in Frankfurt (Germany); files are stored on AWS in the United States and delivered through CloudFront; the data controller is TVN Global Limited, a UK company registered with the ICO under ZC248767.
