• How do I free up storage space?Delete files you no longer need — they leave your quota the moment they enter the trash — or raise the cap with a storage tier (50 GB for $5, 100 GB for $10, 500 GB for $50, 1 TB for $105 a month) or by switching on metered overage at 1,500 credits per extra 10 GB block.
• How do I read my storage usage, and what counts?Account → Storage shows how much of your 10 GB you use, split into images, videos, audio, 3D, uploads and other; every file you generated or uploaded counts, including LUVI's own previews of it, while files in the trash stop counting immediately.
• How does storage billing work?Every account includes 10 GB of storage for free; above that, storage is billed at 1,500 credits per started 10 GB block per month, only if you turn the option on, with the first month free — and your files are never deleted for lack of credits.
