How does storage billing work?
Every account includes 10 GB of storage for free; to keep more, you subscribe to a monthly storage tier — 50 GB for $5, 100 GB for $10, 500 GB for $50 or 1 TB for $105. At the cap, new uploads and generations pause, but nothing you have is ever deleted.
The free allowance
Every account starts with 10 GB. Your usage is shown on Account → Storage, and once you reach 90% of your quota an email warns you, at most once a week.
Above 10 GB: storage tiers
To store more, pick a monthly tier on Account → Storage → Storage tier:

Your first tier is paid through Stripe checkout, and the quota rises as soon as the payment is confirmed. Moving up to a larger tier takes effect at once: the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged to your saved card. Moving down, or back to Free, takes effect at the end of the period, and you keep the larger quota until then.
Storage is never charged in credits. The old pay-per-block option was retired on 27 September 2026, so your tier's quota is a hard cap.
At the cap
When your library reaches its quota, new uploads and generations are paused until you delete files or move to a larger tier. Your existing content stays exactly where it is: reaching the cap never deletes anything.
Reducing usage
Delete what you no longer need from the Library: a file stops counting the moment it goes to the trash, and you can still restore it for 24 hours. You can also move finished projects out of LUVI by downloading them first.

What counts towards the 10 GB?
The files themselves: every generated result, every upload, and the Team Pool copies of a team you lead. The small previews LUVI makes for the grid and the player do not count.
What happens if I reach the cap?
New uploads and generations are paused until you delete files or choose a larger tier. Nothing you have is deleted.
Can I go back to Free later?
Yes, on Account → Storage. Your tier runs until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew; that period is not refunded. Your files stay, but if you are above 10 GB, uploads pause until you free up space.
