How does storage billing work?
Every account includes 10 GB of storage for free; above that, storage is billed at 1,500 credits per started 10 GB block per month, only if you turn the option on, with the first month free — and your files are never deleted for lack of credits.
The free allowance
Every account starts with 10 GB. Your usage is shown on Account → Settings → Storage, and LuviBot warns you as you approach the limit.
Above 10 GB
Storage beyond the allowance is metered in blocks of 10 GB. Each started block costs 1,500 credits per month, charged in advance on the first of the month. You have to opt in first; the first month after opting in is free.
When credits run short
If your balance cannot cover the monthly storage charge, uploads are paused until you top up or delete files. Your existing content stays exactly where it is — storage arrears never delete anything.
Reducing usage
Delete what you no longer need from the Library (the trash keeps it for 24 hours), or move finished projects out of LUVI by downloading them. Usage updates as soon as files are gone.

What counts towards the 10 GB?
Everything in your library: generated results, their derivatives and the files you uploaded.
What happens if I go over without opting in?
New uploads are paused and you are asked to enable metered storage or free up space. Nothing you have is deleted.
Can I turn it off later?
Yes, on Account → Settings → Storage. Future months are not charged; the month already started is not refunded.
