How do I create a team and invite people?
Open Account → Team, name the team and add up to 25 email addresses; each person gets an invitation link that is valid for 7 days, and anyone with a LUVI account can create a team.
Creating the team
- Go to Account → Team.
- Enter a team name (1–80 characters).
- Optionally paste the email addresses of the people you want to invite — up to 25 in one go. Duplicates and your own address are ignored.
- Press Create.
You become the team's leader. Your own credits and generations are untouched; a team does not pool balances.
Inviting later
The Team tab has an invite field for one address at a time, with a role choice: member or co-leader. LUVI refuses an address that is already in the team, one that already has a pending invitation, and your own.
What the invitee receives
An email with a personal link of the form luvicreator.com/team/accept/…. The link:
- is valid for 7 days;
- works only once;
- must be accepted while signed in with the same email address it was sent to.
Pending invitations also appear on the invitee's own Account page, where they can accept or decline without the email.
After joining
Members see the team in the messenger, can be given access to projects through project sharing, and can use the team vault. Their own library, credits and plan stay theirs.
Managing the list
The Team tab shows every member and every pending invitation. Leaders and co-leaders can remove members, cancel invitations, promote a member to co-leader, and transfer credits to a member.
Frequently asked
Does the invitee need a LUVI account?
They need one to accept. The link takes them to sign-up if they have none; the invitation must be accepted with the email address it was sent to.
Can I invite someone as a co-leader straight away?
Yes. Later invitations from the Team tab let you choose member or co-leader; co-leaders can do everything the leader can.
The email did not arrive. What now?
Check spam first. A pending invitation can be cancelled and sent again from the Team tab; the old link stops working.
