What this video covers

The Projects page is the board that holds all your projects. In this video, I'll show you how to sort them, pin the important ones to the top, lock them, delete them and get them back from the trash.

The icons at the top sort your projects by rating, creation date, latest activity or name. The hand icon is manual sorting: in this mode, you can drag cards and drop them wherever you like.

Click the three dots in a card's top-right corner, or right-click the card, to open the project menu.

Choose Bookmark, and the project gets a purple frame and stays at the very top, whichever sort you pick.

Choose Lock, and a padlock appears in the card's corner. A locked project can't be deleted, and you unlock it from the same menu.

The Resize buttons make a card wider or bigger, so the projects you use most stand out.

When you click Delete Project and the project has files in it, you choose what happens to them: move the files to your Library and delete only the project, or send everything to the trash.

Deleted projects wait in the trash for twenty-four hours, with the time left shown on each card. Click Restore to bring a project back just as it was.

When the time runs out, the project and everything in it are deleted for good, or you can delete it permanently right away.

Select several projects by holding Command or Control as you click, and the bar at the bottom lets you bookmark, lock or delete them all at once.

In short: sort your projects, pin the important ones to the top, protect them with a lock, and bring back anything you delete by mistake within twenty-four hours.
