Uploading files

You can upload your own images, videos and audio to LUVI and use them in your generations. In this video, I'll show you the ways to upload files, which formats are supported, and the size limits.

In the Library, click Upload. In the window that opens, choose where your files go: straight into the Library, or into a project.

Click Choose files and pick one file or several. You can give them a shared name if you like; with more than one file, each name gets a number at the end.

Click the tick to start the upload; the bar shows which file it's on. Each finished file shows up in the Library right away, with a teal dot in its corner.

There's a quicker way, too: drag files from your computer and drop them anywhere on the Library page. They land in whichever folder you're looking at.

The same works in the workspace: files you drop into the library at the bottom are saved to that project. Drop a file onto a reference box and it goes straight in as a reference, or right-click a box to paste an image you've copied.

You can upload all the common image, video, audio and 3D formats; the full list is on screen.

HEIC photos from an iPhone are turned into JPGs automatically, and iPhone videos, the MOV files, are converted to MP4 shortly after they arrive.

The size limit is fifty megabytes for images, and one gigabyte for video, audio and 3D files. PSD, ICO and JPEG XL images can't be converted, so save them as JPG or PNG first.

In short: click Upload or just drag and drop your files, and LUVI takes care of the conversion.
