Library and folders
Organise your LUVI Library: create folders, move files with drag and drop, filter by type and project, and search everything at once.
What this video covers
Everything you generate or upload on LUVI ends up in your Library. In this video, I'll show you how to create folders, move files into them, and filter and search your files.
You'll find the Library in the sidebar. Cards with a purple dot in the corner are things you've generated; a teal dot means you uploaded it.
To make a folder, click New Folder, type a name and click the tick. The folder is created wherever you are at the time.
To move a file into a folder, drag it and drop it onto the folder.
You can move several files at once. Hold Command or Ctrl and click them, or draw a box around them from an empty spot, then drag them all together.
There's a shortcut, too. With files selected, press Command or Ctrl and G, name the new folder, and your selection goes straight into it.
Click a folder to open it. The path at the top tells you where you are, and clicking Library takes you back to the top. To take a file out of a folder, drag it onto that Library label.
The icons on the right filter by type: images, video, audio, 3D and folders. Shift-click one to show only that type, and Shift-click it again to bring everything back.
The Projects menu narrows things down to a single project, and the Generations and Uploads buttons let you show only what you've generated or only what you've uploaded.
You can sort by date, name or rating, and clicking the same button again reverses the order. You rate a file with the five dots under its card.
Results appear as you type in the search box. Search isn't limited to the folder you're in; it covers the whole Library, matching file names, prompts, models and tags. Press Esc to clear it.
Right-click a file to edit its tags, rename it, download it or delete it. Deleted files stay in the Trash for twenty-four hours, so you can still get them back.
In short: create folders, drag your files into them, narrow things down with the filters, and let the search box find the rest.
