Not sure how to do something in LUVI? Watch a short tutorial video, or write to us directly.

The How to row in the left menu opens the videos for this page, and its badge shows how many there are.

On Projects and Library, the How to use this page button next to the title plays the page's first video right away.

While the video plays on the left, you can search every video on the right, or browse this page's videos and the chapters.

Each chapter shows how many you've watched, and Next takes you on to the following video.

The cap icon at the bottom right opens the same videos in a side panel, and the page stays usable.

The picture-in-picture button turns it into a small player in the corner that keeps playing as you change pages.

Expand brings it back, and Theater mode makes it as large as your screen allows.

Audio and subtitles are set apart from the site language, so you can listen in English with Spanish subtitles.

To write to our team, choose Get help, add a subject and your message in the Talk to us window, and press Send.

The conversation opens at the bottom right, our reply lands there too, and you keep working in the meantime.

You have one open conversation at a time, so Get help reopens it instead of starting another.

Our messages are marked Support, Guidance or Compliance, and a Compliance notice stays in the middle of the screen until you acknowledge it.
