What plans are there and how do promo codes work?
LUVI has a free pay-as-you-go plan and three monthly plans — Creator (25,000 credits, $19), Pro (70,000 credits, $49) and Studio (495,000 credits, $329) — and a promo code redeemed on Account → Billing can add bonus credits or a discount on every generation.

Every plan is a single seat, renews monthly, can be cancelled at any time from Account → Billing, and allows top-ups. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays available until it ends. Every account gets 10 GB of storage; see the storage article for what lies beyond that.
Promo codes
Enter a code on Account → Billing. When it is accepted:
- the plan attached to the code is applied to your account;
- any bonus credits on the code land on your balance immediately;
- any discount on the code is applied to every generation for as long as the plan runs — the Workspace estimate already shows the discounted price.
A code works once per account, may be limited to a number of redemptions overall, and may expire.
Which plan should I pick?
Count what you produce in a month at the models you actually use — the model pages give the starting prices — and pick the plan whose allowance covers it. Basic is right for trying things out; Creator covers steady image work; Pro and Studio are for daily video.

Can I top up on a plan?
Yes. Every plan allows extra credit purchases on top of the included allowance.
How many times can I use a promo code?
Once per account. A code may also have a limited number of total redemptions and an expiry date.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
The plan's included credits are for the billing period they came with. Credits you bought separately stay on your balance.
