• How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?Choose the new plan on Account → Billing and complete Stripe checkout; the new plan starts immediately with its full monthly credits, and if you were already paying for another plan you cancel that one from the billing portal so it does not renew alongside.
• What happens when I cancel my plan?Cancelling in the billing portal stops future renewals; the credits already on your balance stay, your files stay, and your storage tier is unchanged — you simply go back to paying as you go from the next renewal date.
• What plans are there and how do promo codes work?LUVI has a free pay-as-you-go plan and three monthly plans — Creator (25,000 credits, $19), Pro (70,000 credits, $49) and Studio (495,000 credits, $329) — and a promo code redeemed on Account → Billing can add bonus credits or a discount on every generation.
• Why was my promo code refused?The message tells you which rule stopped it — the code does not exist or is no longer active, its end date has passed, all its uses are taken, you already used it, or you are already on that plan — and after five attempts in a minute LUVI pauses the field briefly.
