Why was my promo code refused?
The message tells you which rule stopped it — the code does not exist or is no longer active, its end date has passed, all its uses are taken, you already used it, or you are already on that plan — and after five attempts in a minute LUVI pauses the field briefly.
The messages and what they mean

| That code isn't valid. | No plan carries that code, or the plan behind it has been switched off or archived. Check for typos; codes are 2–64 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores. |
| That code has expired. | The code's end date has passed. The end date is inclusive, so a code dated the 30th works through the whole of the 30th. |
| That code has been fully redeemed. | The code had a maximum number of uses and they are all taken. |
| You've already used this code. | Each code works once per account. |
| You're already on this plan. | The code attaches a plan you are already on. |
| Too many requests | More than 5 attempts in a minute from your account, or more than 10 from your network. Wait a minute. |
| Couldn't apply the code. | A temporary error on LUVI's side. Try again in a moment. |
Where to enter a code
Account → Billing (and the same list on your profile) ends with Have a promo code? — type the code and press Apply. On success the page reloads with the new plan marked as current and its credits already on your balance.
When it is your last chance for a code
Codes with a use limit are first come, first served; LUVI counts the redemption before confirming, so two people cannot both take the last slot.

If you received the code from LUVI or a partner and it is refused as invalid, write to support@luvicreator.com with the code and the time you tried.
Frequently asked
Is the code case-sensitive?
No. LUVI matches codes regardless of case. Spaces and other punctuation are not part of a code.
Can I use two codes?
Each code can be used once per account, and a code attaches a plan, so the most recent one applied is the plan you are on.
What does a code actually give me?
It puts you on the promo's plan: its credits are added immediately and its discount applies to every estimate until the end date.
