How do I upload many files at once into a folder?
Open the folder in the Library and drag the files onto it, or press Upload and select several files in the picker — there is no limit on how many you pick, they upload one after another with a progress counter, and they land in the folder you were in.
Dragging
- In the Library, open the project and the folder you want.
- Drag the files from your desktop onto the grid.
- Each file uploads in turn; a counter shows n of total and the current file name.
Files dropped while inside a folder go into that folder. Dropped at the project root, they go to the root.
The Upload dialog
Press Upload. The dialog asks where the files should land — the Library root or a project — and offers Choose files…, which accepts several files at once. Add an optional custom name: with more than one file the names become name-1, name-2, …; leave it empty to keep the original names.

What happens to each file
- Images are converted to JPEG or PNG if they are in another format.
- iPhone .MOV videos are converted to MP4 in the background; a converting badge shows until the copy is ready.
- Videos get a scrub proxy and a phone playback copy shortly after upload.
- Each upload is checked against your storage quota before it starts.
Limits
Per file: 50 MB for images, 1 GB for everything else. There is no cap on the number of files in a batch; a very large batch simply takes longer.

Can I give them all the same base name?
Yes. Type a custom name in the upload dialog and the files are named name-1, name-2 and so on.
Why do they upload one at a time?
So that the storage cap is checked before each file. A parallel batch could overshoot your quota before the first refusal.
Can I upload straight into a project without a folder?
Yes. Choose the project in the dialog, or Library (no project) to keep the files unfiled.
