• How do I upload many files at once into a folder?Open the folder in the Library and drag the files onto it, or press Upload and select several files in the picker — there is no limit on how many you pick, they upload one after another with a progress counter, and they land in the folder you were in.
• How do I upload photos and videos from my phone?Use the Upload button in the Library or the reference row in the phone Workspace and pick from the camera roll — HEIC photos are stored as JPEG and iPhone .MOV videos are converted to MP4 in the background, so nothing needs converting on the phone first.
• What file formats and sizes can I upload?Images up to 50 MB and videos, audio, 3D files and PDFs up to 1 GB — every image is stored as JPEG or PNG, and other image formats are converted on upload.
• Why did my HEIC or WebP upload turn into a JPEG?Because every image on LUVI is stored as JPEG or PNG so that every model, every browser and every download can read it — the conversion happens on the server, keeps the orientation and the colour profile, and picks PNG when the image has transparency.
• Why was my upload refused?Either the file is over the size limit — 50 MB for images, 1 GB for everything else — or it is an image LUVI cannot convert (ICO, PSD, JPEG XL), or your storage is over its cap; the message on screen says which, and the fix is to resize, re-save as JPG or PNG, or free space.
