• How do I move, rename or select many files?Drag files onto a folder to move them, right-click → Rename to change a name (LUVI keeps the extension for you), and select many with Cmd/Ctrl+Click, Shift+Click for a range, a drag-rectangle or Cmd/Ctrl+A — the context menu then acts on the whole selection.
• How do I share a file with a teammate?Select the files, open Send from the context menu and choose Share with team, then pick the teammate; they get a read-only copy under a Shared folder in their library, with no extra storage used — up to 100 files per send.
• How do search and filters work in the Library?Type in the search box to match names, tags, prompts and model names; narrow the grid with the type pills (image, video, audio, 3D, folder), the source toggle (generations or uploads), the project dropdown and the Trash view; and sort by Date, Name, Stars or Size.
• How do tags and ratings work?Every file can carry up to 20 tags of up to 50 characters and a rating from 1 to 5; tags are set from Edit Tags in the context menu, ratings from the dots on a tile or the number keys, and tags added to a project flow down to all of its results.
• What do I get when I download, the original or a preview?Always the original file — the full-resolution image, the master video, the audio or 3D as the provider delivered it — with your tags written in as keywords; the small previews LUVI shows in the grid are never what you download, and for videos you can optionally add the scrub proxy and marker files.
• What is the difference between a project and a folder?A project is a Workspace with its own results, settings, rating and sharing; a folder is a way to sort files inside a project — nested as deep as you like — and a file can also live in the Library with no project at all.
