How do tags and ratings work?
Every file can carry up to 20 tags of up to 50 characters and a rating from 1 to 5; tags are set from Edit Tags in the context menu, ratings from the dots on a tile or the number keys, and tags added to a project flow down to all of its results.
Tags
- Right-click a file → Edit Tags. Type a tag and press Enter; remove one with its ✕.
- Limits: 20 tags per file, 50 characters per tag. Duplicates and surrounding spaces are removed.
- Each result of a multi-output generation has its own tags.
- Tags on a project cascade: adding tags to the project adds them to every completed result inside it (existing tags are kept).
- Tags are kept in your account, not in your browser, so they are the same on every device and visible to a teammate you share the project with.
Ratings
- Every tile and list row shows five dots; click one to rate 1–5, click it again to clear.
- With one or more items selected, press 1–5 on the keyboard to rate them all, 0 to clear.
- Projects have their own 1–5 rating on the Projects page, and bookmarked or highly rated projects sort first there.
Using them
- Sort by Stars in the library toolbar to bring your picks to the top.
- Search for a tag to pull everything with it across projects.
- Tag a project once — client-x, delivered — and every result inherits it.
Where they are stored
Tags and ratings are columns on the file records in your account, so they persist across browsers and devices and are included when you download or send a file.
Frequently asked
Are tags searchable?
Yes. The library search matches names, tags, prompts and model names.
Do tags travel with downloads?
Yes. They are written into the downloaded file as keywords, so photo and video tools can read them.
Is there a favourites flag?
Not as a separate button. Rate what you like and sort by Stars.
