How do I show only videos?

Shift-click the Video pill; that solos it. Shift-click again to bring the other types back.

Why does a result I remember not show up?

Check the project dropdown (All Projects) and the source toggle, then the Trash view — a trashed file is hidden from every other view for 24 hours.

Does search look inside prompts?

Yes. A generation matches on its prompt and its model id; an upload on its filename; both on tags and display name.

How do search and filters work in the Library?

Type in the search box to match names, tags, prompts and model names; narrow the grid with the type pills (image, video, audio, 3D, folder), the source toggle (generations or uploads), the project dropdown and the Trash view; and sort by Date, Name, Stars or Size.

Search

The search box matches as you type:

generations — the prompt, the model, the display name and tags;
uploads — the filename, the display name and tags;
folders — the folder name.

Results come from the server for prompts and filenames and are merged with local matches on names and tags. Up to 200 results are shown, most relevant first when sorting by date.

Filters

Filters combine; the toolbar shows when any is narrowing the grid.

Sorting

Date (newest first by default), Name, Stars (rating), and in list view also Size. Folders always sort before files.

Shared with me

Files a teammate sent you appear under a virtual Shared folder with one subfolder per sender. They are read-only copies of their originals and do not count against your storage.

Tips

Sort by Size in list view to find what to delete.
Search for a tag to pull one client's work from every project.
The same filters apply in the Workspace's library drawer, so what you set there follows you when picking references.
