Why was I signed out with a session expired message?

Your sign-in token could not be renewed — usually after a long time away, in a private window, or after browser data was cleared — so LUVI asks you to sign in again and then returns you to the page you were on.

What happened

LUVI keeps you signed in with a short-lived token that it renews silently every time you load a page. When the renewal fails — the browser no longer has the renewal cookie, or the token was already revoked — the app shows Session expired: for your security, please sign in again and sends you to the sign-in window with the address of the page you were on. After signing in you are returned there.

Common causes

  • A long break. Renewal needs the cookie; after long inactivity it is gone.
  • Private or incognito window closed and reopened.
  • Cookies or site data cleared, or an extension that blocks cookies for luvicreator.com.
  • Account deletion requested. Sign-in stays blocked until the restore link is used.

What is safe

Anything already submitted — a generation, an upload, a workflow run — continues on the server and appears in your project when you are back in. Credits are charged only when a result is delivered, exactly as if you had stayed signed in.

If it keeps happening

Check that the browser accepts cookies from luvicreator.com and that no extension strips them. Try another browser to confirm. If the problem follows your account across browsers, write to support@luvicreator.com.

Frequently asked

Did I lose my work?

Generations already submitted keep running and land in the project. Text typed in the prompt box but not submitted is not saved.

Why does it happen in private browsing?

Private windows discard cookies when closed, so the renewal token is gone the next time you open LUVI.

Can I stay signed in longer?

Normal use keeps the session alive: LUVI renews it in the background on every page load. Expiry happens after inactivity, not during work.
