Why did my uploads pause with a storage limit message?
Your library is above its storage quota — 10 GB unless you bought a tier — and LUVI blocks new uploads and generations until you delete files, buy a larger tier, or switch on metered overage from Account → Storage; nothing already stored is touched.
The messages
- Storage full — You've reached your 10 GB storage cap (10.4 GB used). Usage is above quota and overage is off.
- Last month's storage charge couldn't be collected. Overage is on, but the monthly deduction failed for lack of credits.
Both appear as a toast when you try to upload or generate, and as a red banner on Account → Storage.
Three ways out
- Delete. Trash files in the Library; they stop counting at once. Videos free the most space.
- Buy a tier. Account → Storage → Storage tier: 50 GB for $5, 100 GB for $10, 500 GB for $50 or 1 TB for $105 per month.
- Opt into overage. Accept 1,500 credits per extra 10 GB block per month. The first month is free; from then on the block charge is deducted on the 1st.
If overage is already on
The block means the last charge failed. Top up credits on Account → Profile; the next billing run collects the arrears and uploads resume. The toast has a Top up credits button for this case.
Why generations are blocked too
A generation writes a new file into your library, so it is subject to the same cap. The Workspace shows the same toast and does not submit the job — no credits are spent.
Avoiding it next time
The LuviBot storage card turns amber at 9 GB and a weekly email warns you before the cap. Sorting the library by size shows what to trim.

Are my existing files at risk?
No. Being over the cap only blocks adding more; nothing is deleted.
