- How do I reset my password?Press Forgot password on the sign-in window, enter your email and open the link in the message you receive; it takes you to a page where you set a new password and are signed in.
- What does "Too many requests" mean? You hit a per-minute limit on an action — for example more than 60 generation submissions, 5 bulk deletions or 5 promo-code attempts in one minute — and LUVI paused it; wait a minute and the action works again.
- Why did my generation fail? The card tells you the reason — the most common are a content-policy refusal, a reference clip longer than the model allows, an audio track that is too long, a missing reference, or a model that does not accept photos of real people — and a failed generation is never charged.
- Why did my uploads pause with a storage limit message?Your library is above its storage quota — 10 GB unless you bought a tier — and LUVI blocks new uploads and generations until you delete files, buy a larger tier, or switch on metered overage from Account → Storage; nothing already stored is touched.
- Why does Google sign-in say my email already exists?Because an account with that email was created with a password first; sign in with the password, then link Google from Account → Profile → Connected accounts and both methods will open the same account.
- Why is my video not playing or stuck buffering? Most playback problems come from a browser extension, a network filter or an old cached page — try a private window first; on a phone, LUVI plays a 720p rendition of every video, so a clip that will not play there is worth reporting.
- Why was I signed out with a session expired message?Your sign-in token could not be renewed — usually after a long time away, in a private window, or after browser data was cleared — so LUVI asks you to sign in again and then returns you to the page you were on.
