How do I buy credits?

Press Top up on Account → Profile, choose an amount between 1,000 and 1,000,000 credits (1,000 credits = $1), and pay on Stripe's checkout page; the credits land on your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, whether or not you are on a plan.

Topping up

  1. Open Account → Profile. The credit card at the top right shows your balance and a Top up button.
  2. Pick a quick amount — 10,000, 50,000, 100,000 or 500,000 credits — or type your own, from 1,000 up to 1,000,000 credits in one purchase.
  3. The price is shown before you continue: 1,000 credits cost $1, so 25,000 credits are $25. Stripe's minimum charge is $0.50, which the 1,000-credit floor already clears.
  4. Press Continue to payment. You are taken to Stripe's hosted checkout page, in your language.
  5. After paying you return to Account → Billing with a purchase successful note, and the balance in the header updates within a few seconds.

Where the credits show

  • The header balance and the credit card on your profile.
  • Account → Billing → Transactions, as a purchase line with the amount and your balance after it.
  • Account → Billing → Recent invoices, where the Stripe invoice can be opened or downloaded as PDF.

Plans versus top-ups

A monthly plan (Creator, Pro, Studio) adds its credits on every renewal; a top-up is a one-off. Both go into the same balance and both are spent the same way. You can top up on any plan, including the free one.

Refunds

A purchase can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days if none of its credits were spent; the details are in How do refunds and cancellations work?

Frequently asked

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits stay on your balance until you spend them.

Can I top up while on a monthly plan?

Yes. Top-ups add to the same balance the plan fills every month.

Which payment methods work?

Whatever Stripe offers in your country on the checkout page — cards and the local methods Stripe enables. LUVI never sees the card details.
