How do refunds and cancellations work?
A credit purchase can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days if none of its credits were spent; failed generations are never charged; a plan can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid period; bonus and promotional credits are never refunded.

Credit purchases
If you are a consumer, you may cancel a credit purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund, provided none of the credits from that purchase have been spent. Spending a credit starts the digital service, which is why a partly used purchase cannot be cancelled.
Generations
The Workspace shows the credit cost before you confirm; the final charge is settled against the provider's actual price and is never more than the estimate. A generation that fails is not charged. A result you do not like is not refunded.
Plans
A plan renews monthly until you cancel it on Account → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan and the credits included in the current period remain available until the period ends. The unused part of a period is not refunded.
Storage
Metered storage is charged monthly in advance and only if you opted in. The month already started is not refunded; turn the option off to stop future charges.
Bonus and promotional credits
Sign-up credits, plan bonuses and promo-code credits have no cash value and are never refunded.
Account deletion
If you delete your account, unspent credits bought in the previous 14 days are refunded on request. Older credits are forfeited when the deletion becomes permanent after the 14-day grace period.

I don't like the result — can I get my credits back?
No. Generative models are probabilistic; what you pay for is the generation, not a guaranteed outcome. Failed generations, on the other hand, are never charged.
I cancelled my plan — do I get the rest of the month back?
No. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period and its credits stay available until it ends.
How long does a refund take?
Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank; refunds in credits appear immediately.
