- How do credits work and how much does a generation cost?Everything on LUVI is priced in credits: each model page shows what a generation starts from, the Workspace shows the exact estimate before you confirm, and you are charged when the result is delivered — never more than the estimate.
- How do I buy credits?Press Top up on Account → Profile, choose an amount between 1,000 and 1,000,000 credits (1,000 credits = $1), and pay on Stripe's checkout page; the credits land on your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, whether or not you are on a plan.
- How do refunds and cancellations work?A credit purchase can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days if none of its credits were spent; failed generations are never charged; a plan can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid period; bonus and promotional credits are never refunded.
- How does a plan discount show in the estimate?If your plan carries a percentage adjustment or an active promo discount, every estimate in the Workspace and every charge already include it — the number you see is your price, not the list price shown on the public model pages.
- Where do I find my invoices and receipts?Account → Billing lists your 12 most recent Stripe invoices with a link to view or download each PDF, and the Open portal button on the same tab opens Stripe's billing portal where every invoice, your payment methods, billing address and tax ID can be managed.
- Why is my credit balance not updating?The balance in the header refreshes when a generation is submitted or completes and after a purchase — if it looks stale, reload the page; a charge appears only once the result is delivered, and a purchase can take a few seconds to be confirmed by Stripe.
- Why was I charged a different amount than the estimate?The estimate is a hold; the charge is the provider's real, settled price for that exact generation — so the final amount can be lower than the estimate, but it is never higher, and a failed generation costs nothing.
- Why was I charged once for a generation with several files?Some models price the job rather than the file — a music model that returns two tracks, or a video model that also returns its last frame — and LUVI charges those once; models priced per image or per output multiply by the number of results you asked for.
